Cotswold Collections came to us with a tired and unstable ecommerce site that could only be updated by their previous agency. The platform was not in a position to cater for the growing demand for online shopping in their niche target market.

With our assistance, Cotswold Collections realigned their sales strategy, moving focus from being predominantly a mail order service, to providing a mobile-friendly online ecommerce presence.

A custom traffic-light interface was created to clearly show the stock status and availability of each product's size options at-a-glance, including lead-time.

A considerable integration project was carried out with Cotswold's bespoke back-office system, including advanced message-queuing system to ensure data integrity.

Trustpilot has been integrated into the website at our recommendation, helping to build reputation and customer loyalty through the introduction of customer business and product reviews.

International

Expanding into Ireland was an exciting step forward for Cotswold Collections. Supported by a multi-store setup using Magento's internationalisation features.
